From
1993 to 1995, Warren was General Director of Eastern Europe Operations
for Enterprise Development International and he initiated and directed
business development activities in Romania, including assisting with
the formation of multiple business enterprises, facilitating business
planning, and consulting with government and business leaders. In 1995,
Warren founded Cornerstone Foundation (Asociatia Cornerstone) in Bucharest,
Romania. This is a Romanian/American non-profit foundation, which seeks
to create and assist Romanian based business enterprises in partnering
with American businesses. He serves Cornerstone as Chairman.
Dr. Trandafir Moisa (Director),
Managing Director of CornerSoft TechnologiesSM
- RO and Chief Technical Officer of CornerStone TechnologiesSM
International - US , is a resident of Bucharest, Romania. He graduated
in 1973 with a Masters of Science from the Computer Science and Engineering
Department of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest (now "Politehnica"
University of Bucharest). In 1982 he received a Ph.D. in Computer Science
and Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest. The following
year he studied in the United States with a Fullbright Fellowship.
Dr. Moisa has been associated with the "Politehnica" University of Bucharest
since 1973. He began as a Teaching Assistant, then as Senior Lecturer
and now serves the university as a Professor in the Computer Science
and Engineering Department and Postgraduate Program Supervisor.
Dr. Moisa began his research and technical experience in Computer Architecture
developing various microcomputer and multiprocessor systems.
As the technology improved, he became involved with Internet technology.
In 1990 he founded InterComp, a private Romanian company for which he
was president. InterComp involved in computer system integration and
network applications. In 1993, Trandafir designed and implemented StarNets,
a leading nation wide area network for commercial Internet Services.
In 1998, Dr. Moisa co-founded CST Group of companies structured to meet
software development outsourcing requirements in the global market.
Dr. Moisa has written 7 books and 11 university textbooks, published
58 articles and has 102 unpublished papers that were presented at scientific
events. He has 4 registered patents. He is an ACM and IEEE member and
was selected by Who's Who in the World. He also received "Traian Vuia"
Scientific Award of the Romanian Academy the most prestigious scientific
award in Romania.
